How Old Is The Easter Bunny?
Saint Egbert, also known as The Easter Bunny, was born on March 20, 639 AD. This makes the furry fella 1,385 years old. Saint Egbert technically died as a human on April 24, 729 AD at the age of 90. However, that was when he was cursed to be a helpless rabbit by the Anti-Claus. The Spring Goddess Ostara protected him and called upon Santa Claus to help her reverse the curse. It was so powerful that not even the dynamic duo with the aid of Mother Earth herself could reverse it.🎂
Thankfully, they could alter it by making Egbert the world’s first Werehare. As The Easter Bunny he can transform into a variety of rabbit forms along with varying humanoid bunny forms like the one pictured on this page. Only a few times a year can he return briefly to human form. This includes Christmas Day. He also gained immortality when he refused to simply die and go to Heaven. The beautiful bunny is on a mission to bolster Easter into hearts of humans everywhere. Especially children. Both the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus will most likely live forever!🎅🐇
